The valve guides in the Super Response Complete Engine are made of very high quality phosphor bronze to reduce friction and increased heat conduction. The valve seatings have been adjusted and smoothened to produce higher outputs. By resurfacing and polishing the surface we have been able to achieve higher intake and exhaust flow at a lighter weight with better response. The cam shafts and valves clearances have been adjusted to perfection achieving a perfect balance in each cylinder. | |

By ideally adjusting the shape and mirror polishing the ports, the flow of gas mixtures have been heightened to the max. The ingintion room and cylinder block are perfectly sealed using our original head gasket. This engine sits on the throne of Mine's Super Response Series with the displacement enlarged to 4.1L while always maintaining focus on response. Customized pistons are produced with the perfect balance between the conflicting relationship of strengthening and lightening. By reviewing each and every part Mine's has been able to overcome the demerits of increased stroke and obtained the potential of reaching over 1000 horse power with this engine. By designing the engine without the use of cylinder liners, conditions are easier maintained givin it an advantage against overheating. Rather than specializing in what max speeds can be reached between 0-400m, Mine's ideal engine is of the highest quality that can be obtained on the extension of the street. Drivers can enjoy the feel of becoming one with their car through the engines response reflected directly from the pedal making the car even more fun to drive. Pistons Specially designed with the VR38 engines characteristics in mind, MINE'S went over all aspects from all angles that can come to mind; material, design, dimensions and forging methods. The result were these supreme quality pistons forged from high tensile. Connecting Rods These supreme quality H beam conrods are forged from the highest grade steel billets. The bearings, lubricity and clearance were all taken into consideration in the design to maintain the best environmental conditions at high RPMs with increased stroke. Crank Shaft The crank shafts are made with the highest quality steel billet material as a base and CNC machined to exacting tolerances. Thorough friction loss measures have addressed. The journals radius have been incresed to add rigidity at high boost and high rpm. |

VX-ROM Engine Control Unit Mine's has a world wide reputation for quality and excellence in the field of engine management. The VX-ROM will release the true potential of the GT-R's performance, whilst still maintaining the drivability and reliability offered by the factory ECU. If required, the original immobilizer function can be retained. |

High Flow Throttle System The Mine's High Flow Throttle System has increased the diameter of the factory throttle by 2.5mm, and increased the flow area as well as polished its inner surface. Furthermore, it reduced friction whilst retaining the strength and reliability by reducing the throttle shaft thickness to the max. The inner surface finish of the factory throttle for MY08 GT-R was rough and rugged. However, since MY09 GT-R and Spec-V GT-R, its finish has been resurfaced and polished. Although the throttle diameter has not been increased, from this you can tell Nissan has also focused on the flow speed and tried to reduce friction. Meanwhile, Mine's have further resurfaced and polished the inner surface with ultra precision diamond cutting technology, whilst an ideal Venturi shape has been adopted to the inside of the throttle, and we made it even smoother all the way in. In addition, the shaft is polished to reduce friction, but strength has been carefully calculated as well. We also used a special flat screw to minimize flow friction. The more throttle you apply, the more effective it will be. With superior charging efficiency and inhalation resistance, the vehicle response can be dramatically increased. For ultimate performance, it is recommended to use the Mine's High Flow Throttle System with customize VX-ROM ECU which we are known for, and this will produce greater response. |

Induction Support & Hose Clamp The R35 GT-R factory induction hose and hose clamp are likely to be slipped off under high boost pressure. This Induction Support & Hose Clamp was developed to solve this problem. The Induction Support prevents the hose from sliding off of the fitting and that increases the engine response consequently. The Hose Clamp makes the fitting far more rigid than the factory one because of the restraint. Furthermore, anodizing increases corrosion resistance and wear resistance as well. R35 Titan Intake System As the GTR-35's engines and turbines continue to be upgraded and provide higher power output, control of a the air intake becomes more problematic. Expert settings become severly important with the effect on the sensors having to be considered in the selection of air filters and piping layout as well as volume. This titanium intake system includes air filters desinged by BMC, the company reknowned for their products used in F1 and Le Mans race cars. These specically desiged air filters are designed to fit inside the front bumper to bring in fresh air from an opening surface of only 1.4 times that of the original design proving to be highly efficient. Installation can be done without the removal of the front bumper as the filters easily fit inside the bumpers space and efficiency is increased signigicantly with the use of the included guiding blades. Lightweight titanium is the material by choice and the piping diameter has been increased from 70 φ と80 φ . Suction Pipe Kit The R35 GT-R original suction pipe resists intake airflow at high boost pressure, which ineffectively decreases throttle response. The Mine''s Titanium Suction Pipe Kit, on the other hand, not only increases the strength and durability but also throttle response by minimizing flow friction. Using a pipe bender to bend the pipe reduces airflow speed due to the contour of the inner surface and due to the fact its bender can not easily make the perfectly circular pipe. Meanwhile, we round sliced the titanium pipe and welded each titanium section to ensure each pipe is perfectly circular right the way through. Each weld is then extensively cleaned to perfection. Furthermore, by enlarging the pipe inner diameter from 45 to 60, the sufficient capacity can be attained, and thus increases throttle response and the performance of approx. 20 - 30hp. This state-of-the-art package, Spec-X 6.0 Kit, was developed to meet the 600 maximum horsepower, and pull out the full performance of the R35 GT-R. The downside of the stock GT-R is that the boost pressure drops at high speed. This package solves that problem and was completed with our selected products. This Spec-X Ver.6.0 consists of Super Outlet Pro II for the first catalyzer (76.3φpipe, without catalytic converter), Straight Converter for the second catalyzer (without catalytic converter), reinforced actuators with adjustable rods (0.90 kg/cm2), electronic boost controller (HKS EVC5), HKS racing spark plug (9 heat range), induction support & hose clamp as well as the VX-ROM Type-X ECU that is specifically remapped for higher boost pressure. * Please note that it can not be used on general public roads because its purpose is only for racing or for the overseas market. Racing Competition Muffler Characteristics: 4 X 130mm Tail Ends Super Titanium Width of curved pipe increased from 70mm to 80mm Super Light Weight Impressive Racing Sound Mine's has developed this Racing Competition Muffler specifically for our foreign customers residing in areas with freedom towards modified cars. Compared to our domestic product this new mufflers construction has been modified to gain more power and better response. You will find the sound of this muffler to produce louder music without the nasty ripping noise and uncomfortable bass. The materials used are titanium and super titanium with the ratio towards the super titanium being emphasized. By using more of the super titanium we have produced a muffler with greater durability and greater heat tolerance. The construction of this muffler is based on the philosophy of gaining faster air flow by increasing the diameter of the pipe where the pipe is bent. The connection from the main pipe is 70mm wide, and the section that turns 180 degrees has been increased to 80mm to maximize the flow of air. The tail end has a stunning diameter of 130mm and has also been given the impressive full volume tail design with the trademark scorched blue finish. By taking maximum advantage of the lightweight characteristics of the material and downsizing the silencer, Mine's has been able to significantly reduce the weight of the muffler as a whole. By shaving off the rear ends weight we aimed at assisting the driver with more stable cornering and better response when accelerating and down shifting. *This muffler can be attached to the stock front pipes catalyzer. Titan Straight Converter Type I, II, III Mine's has designed and developed the Titanium Straight Converter for the R35 GT-R to further increase power and response at high rpm during circuit runs by removing the second catalytic converter and converting it into a straight pipe. A well balanced, pipe layout and sound quality, Type I was produced through various tests. Type II was produced with weight reduction n mind and a more compact silencer compared to the version Type I. With high end performance and a powerful sound in mind, we released a fully straight version Type III. Compared to the oem part weight was greatly reduced by choosing titanium for the material and deleting the catalytic converter. A weight reduction of -9.8kg for the Type I and -10.8kg for the Type II and III was achieved. Super Outlet Pro II Mine's have designed and developed the Super Outlet Pro II for R35 GT-R to reduce the exhaust pressure and obtain a better exhaust efficiency whilst changing the first catalyzer which has strong resistance to the exhaust system into the straight pipe to be used in a closed circuit. Plus it will make the car lighter by removing the catalyzer. We used stainless steel because of the exposure to high temperature in the first catalyzer. For installation, the special service tool or SST (Nissan genuine part number: KV101-13700 or a socket specifically for the removal of O2 sensor) is required. * Please note that it can not be used on general public roads. The ultra lightweight, aluminum shocks are based on Sachs units and utilize Eibach or Hyperco springs. Stabilizer The Mine's stabilizers are of lightweight, hollow construction for front and solid core construction for rear, which are installed in our demo car R35 GT-R. The stabilizer bars are direct bolt-on replacements for the factory items. Winmax Brake Pad Mine's original brake pads, designed and manufactured with Winmax, use a low steel material and increase braking performance as well as fade resistance. It offers very low heat conductivity which allows less thermal transfer from disc through pad, therefore resulting in lower caliper and brake fluid temperatures that can have a critical effect on the brake performance. It also allows braking deeper into the corner without wheel lock, but is suitable mainly for street use while reducing brake noise. And for optimum performance, it is recommended to use these pads with the Big Brake Rotor Kit. Carbon Bonnet Type I The Mine's Carbon Bonnet is fabricated from extremely high quality dry carbon whilst the factory bonnet is made of aluminium. It will shave off approx. 6.9 kg compared to the factory one (12.1 kg), and consequently the overall frontal area will be greatly reduced. Although this bonnet combines with carbon air intake duct, which is totally an original shape, it is based on the factory shape and striker, thereby installation is simple and direct bolt-on replacement for the factory item. The existing inner rib is utilized to secure the strength as well. *The bonnet lock pin is recommended to use in order to prevent accidental loosening at the track or high speed range. Carbon Bonnet Type II To make the GT-R run faster... When striving for more power and greater response, lightening of the vehicle is absolutely essential. Besides lightening the vehicle, anti-heating measures are key to running the vehicle at its maximum potential on the circuit. The design of the Carbon Bonnet Type II is based on maintaining the design as well as the GT-R's functionality. The biggest change to the characteristics of the bonnet would be the ventilation ducts added to the engine room. To take advantage of the limited air space available, air is allowed to flow through the inner ribs of the bonnet to counter the heating of the engine. Also, to prevent rain water from directly entering the engine room, drains have been added to the front of the bonnet to counter water based problems. Mine's strives to maintain the GT-R's original design and will almost fool you in thinking that it's a factory part. Without drastically changing the design Mine's provides an original sporty design, that is obviously different from others. Dry carbon material is used and the bonnet weighs just 5.2 kg. This brings a huge 6.9 kg weight difference. As we did with the Type I, honeycomb construction is used as to maintain durability and keep it lightweight. The Carbon Bonnet Type II is compatible with the factory striker and just needs to be bolted on. It is available with a Super Clear Coat Finish as well as without for those who intend to paint the bumper to their own liking. |

Carbon Front Spoiler Type III Minor changes have been applied to the popular Carbon Front Spoiler Type II to produce the Type III. The lip has been extended 10mm and the sides by 15mm compared to the Type II while retaining the aerodynamic effects that prove their worth at middle to high speeds. The base material utilizes honeycomb material while the rest is molded in dry carbon. This method is commonly used in racing cars and regarded to be really light and sturdy at the same time. Carbon Grill (MY12) Mine's Carbon Front Grill functionality has changed together with the design change of the 2012 R35 GT-R. At Mine's, thinking on how to more efficiently cool the radiator through the induction space of the grill, 3 fins where added to the grill to produce a vortex effect to push more air into the grill area. We were able to cool more efficiently even though the intake of air is the same with the addition of the fins. The installation points are the same as the stock grill, so no modifications are needed to install. The grill is made from twill weave wet carbon. Carbon Door Whilst the design is modest and simple keeping the basic contour and character, we have released our Carbon Door which was manufactured to be as light as possible. Each door is specifically designed as a direct but lightweight replacement for the factory item and shaves off 6.4kg per side. This brings the weight of each door down to an amazing 3.2kg. While the weight comes down the strength, fitment and quality does not as these are manufactured from a dry carbon honeycomb material for ultimate durability, which make the doors the state of the art products. Compared to the stock metal plate this product is 4.9kg lighter and proves to be just as strong. Prepreg dry carbon uses carbon fiber material impregnated with resin, applied to a mold in a bag with a vacuum and baked in a pressurized oven to form and cure. Carbon Double Wing Cover The collaboration with Mooncraft has evolved our well reviewed Carbon Rear Wing Cover to this new model of our product. The improvements in aerodynamics have produced a 150% increase in downforce compared to our original rear wing cover. We found that by using the double wing structure with a 10mm space in-between the wings increased downforce. With the first wing being set in a higher position compared to before, the wind coming from the roof down to the trunk is pulled upwards. This plays a very important factor in efficiently taking advantage of the moment to control air flow. The driver will be able to feel the difference around speeds above 100 km/h and the effects will really come to life at speeds above 200 km/h. With the increase in cornering speed, effectively countering hydroplaning, and securing the drivers rear view the GT-R's fighting capabilities will definitely increase with the use of this product.
