| The following is a list of known R33 (including GT-Rs and non GT-Rs) that were legally imported in to USA by MotoRex, JK Technologies, G&K Automotive, US Specs LLC and RBmotoring in the late 1990s to mid 2000s. Only R33s that have been confirmed by VIN are listed in the table below. Other legal ways that R33s have entered the USA include: There is at least one other R33 GT-R that has been imported via the VCP-32 regulation. As of August 2018, some R33s (excluding GT-R) and January 2020 (GT-R) R33s will start reaching 25 years of age which will mean that they will be permitted for legalisation via the 25 year rule. After this stage a MotoRex R33 won't hold much, if any, of a price premium over a vehicle imported via the 25 year rule. See also: R34 GT-R Imported by MotoRex. |
