  • [ V-Spec II ] BNR34-402731 QX1 Pearl White from Canada

    2001 Nissan Skyline R34 GTR V-Spec 2

Since my build is very much under way for this car, I thought it was about time I shared it here with The GTR Registry. A Google search of my chassis number will unveil a rather interesting history, prior to 2007 however this was a one owner car that was maintained at Midori Seibi in Japan. This vehicle was purchased from the US Department of Justice with the assistance of TrapTeam in Florida and now resides in the Canadian Rockies region registered in Alberta as "1 CPU". This car follows me on all my travels and can be seen all over the continent.

When I got the car it was a basic JDM build that had been heavily vandalized during its 10 year prison sentence, at the time the car had only 2,800km on the clock, but the engine had sand and water poured into it and many parts stolen and or destroyed beyond repair. As a 12 year old kid downloading Video Option clips, I had some idea of what I wanted to build, and being obsessed with Pearl White QX1, this was going to be my ultimate "dream spec" GTR. This was more a passion project more than a desire to break records, the build process has been going on for 5 years, but finally looks like it's coming to an end. I've owned numerous R34 GTR's but this has been my #1, travelling Japan and handpicking everything I wanted for it.

Its what I wanted as a kid.

This is a small portion of the list, highlighting the neat bits, there is plenty I've missed. The performance numbers are completely unknown at this time, will be happy with any number! The car is setup for durability and ability to do 1000km+ trips through snow or rain without worry on whatever fuel, and being able to take part in either drag or circuit events. The Riggy YT channel, will feature lots of this car in the coming months and beyond!
